Cordial Cooler
🥃 Served in a highball glass
Ingredients
- 3/4 pineapple juice + splash of brown-sugar syrupswapped
- 3 rock melon chunk
- 3 pineapple chunk
- 1 tbsp sugar
Directions

Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass

Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes
- 3
Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).
